Paulette WeberPaulette Weber, RD, LD/N, CLT is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist with sixteen years experience.

Paulette has completed the coursework for a Master’s degree from the Texas Women’s University in Clinical Nutrition and received her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University Wisconsin-Stout. She attended the Institute for Functional Medicine’s programs Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice and Applying Functional Nutrition for Chronic Disease Prevention and Management and was mentored for ten months by Dr. Elizabeth Lipski, author of Digestive Wellness. Currently, Paulette is part of the New Medicine Community in Bradenton and is the dietitian on staff for Bradenton East Integrative Medicine.

Paulette believes in the “food as medicine” approach to treating illness and chronic disease. She will help you design a nutrition program that will improve your health with a whole foods approach. She does not endorse artificial sweeteners or genetically modified foods.
